Drive the professional image of Axios Professional Recruitment through marketing support, client and talent facing processes and community parnternships. Continue a first mover advantage in all recruiting strategies, processes and tools. Use proactive strategies to attract passive talent. Sell the opportunity and the talent using sales selling tactics and deep labor market knowledge. Drive and coach the team to exceed all recruiting metrics such as talent inventory, recruiting activity and billings, speed to fill, placements and retention.
