Axios HR is hiring a results-oriented Sales Development Rep to join our revenue team.  The Sales Development Rep will join marketing, sales and account managers with the main goal of growing predictable revenue at an aggressive pace.

Interest in learning our holistic service offering, qualifying inbound and outbound prospects and implementing account based marketing tactics is critical to success.  The Sales Development Rep is responsible for managing the process of converting unqualified marketing leads into highly viable sales accepted leads.


We’re looking for a foundational member of our fast-growing revenue team. Axios HR solves the #1 challenge for every business leader: talent attraction, retention and development. It is a tight talent market, and Human Resource, Staffing and Insurance solutions like Axios HR offers are in high demand. We are looking for the right person to help drive a full revenue pipeline.


Sales development activity

Response time to inbound leads

Days through sales stages and to close

Prospect connections

Initial meetings scheduled

Predictable revenue pipeline


Excites the prospect with an enthusiastic presentation and phone style; demonstrates to promote products

Attracts new business through active networking and translating the impact of emerging technologies on the marketplace

Works rapidly and efficiently in bursts of energy; doesn’t slow pace until resources are exhausted

Actively probes for matters most important to the customer and proactively positions how solution will alleviate concerns

Updates products and application knowledge to ensure continued placement of products within prospect’s business

Invests extra time to achieve goals; sets structured action plans and associates tasks completion with demonstrating value


Business acumen

Experience in account-based marketing practices

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with common sales management software (i.e. Salesforce/Pardot)

Proficiency in standard office software like MS Word, PPT, Excel, etc.

Focused attention to detail and good organizational skills

High-level problem solving and critical thinking skills

Courteous and professional demeanor

Curiosity that leads to identifying buying triggers and asking questions

High sense of urgency to exceed quick response time needed

Smart lead captures, qualifying and ranking

Use tools to research and verification of company and contact data

Engage prospects and nurture and guide them through the buying process
